Rainbow Club's colour packs allow you to have your Rainbow Club shoes and accessories dyed to a bespoke colour of your choice. All you'll have to do is follow an easy 3-step process.
1. Order your Rainbow Club dyeable shoes and/or accessories.
2. Order your Colour Pack - each colour pack contains a pre-paid returns bag for UK Mainland postage as well as an order form for you to complete and attach your chosen colour swatch.
Step 3 Once you have received your shoes and colour pack, try your shoes on to ensure they are the perfect fit. Complete the order form and attach your fabric swatch and send back to Rainbow Club in the pre-paid bag provided. Once they have received your order, their colour studio will work their magic and will mix, match and colour your shoes and accessories and send them back to you.
Please note: you will need to order one Colour Pack per item. For example, if you wish to have two pairs of shoes dyed you will need to purchase two Colour Packs. If you’re looking to have a pair of shoes and a handbag dyed, you will need to order 1 x Women’s Colour Pack and 1 x Handbags and Shoe Clips Colour Pack.

This brand offers a dye-to-match service which allows customers to coordinate their Rainbow Club shoes and bags to any outfit. All products are meticulously hand coloured in the Rainbow Club Colour Studio by experienced colourists, using environmentally friendly dyes.
Please note: All Rainbow Club shoes and bags ordered online can be taken into any of the stores listed above if you wish to have them sent to Rainbow Club to be hand coloured.
To ensure an accurate colour match, please provide a swatch of the fabric to be matched when ordering this service. A fabric swatch or a whole cotton reel is ideal. Please ask in store for more details.
Dyed items can be delivered to you at home or to a designated John Lewis branch. Orders take 14 working days from the day the order has been placed. A faster delivery and a re dye service is available at an extra cost; please ask in store for more details.
