The Tala Cook's Blow Torch is ideal for crème brûlées, caramelised sugar, skinned peppers and lemon meringue pies, thanks to its high temperature of 1300°C / 2450°F. Supplied with gas with a 22ml volume, lasting with a burning time between 45 to 60 minutes, making it perfect for frequent use. Use only purified clean butane gas.
Good to know: Safely store and keep away from children to prevent harm.
