A gift for bread fans, both beginners and gourmets, this Home Baker Kit from Lékué is made of high-quality materials with a kitchen apron, a bag to preserve your bread and a multi-purpose container for weighing and kneading dough, letting it rise and then baking your bread.
Thanks to its design, the bread maker preserves moisture in the cooking process, obtaining bread that is tender on the inside and crusty on the outside. The container is made of 100% platinum silicone, a high-quality material that can be used between -60°C and 240°C, so it can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer. It can be safely washed in the dishwasher.
A recipe booklet is included, with basic recipes, whole grain recipes and recipes for coeliacs, among others.
Made of 100% cotton, the bread bag works as a container or as a bag thanks to its drawstring closure. Use it to keep fresh bread safely. The apron and bread bag are designed by illustrator Ana Seixas for Lékué. The box's 'loop' information label turns into an attractive bow — just flip it over and take advantage of the kit's illustrated packaging design to gift it directly.
