Compatible with your smartphone, the fitted Track+ console offers a selection of 14 pre-programmed workouts. You can further expand your workouts with the LFConnect training app, as you track progress, access personalized workouts, and view a personalised display for an enhanced experience.
Zwift connectivity also allows you traverse hunders of fictional and real world locations solo, with friends, or with others around the world in real time. As resistance increases with the virtual terrain, your training needs are covered as you choose from a list of easy-to-follow programmes that are tailored to your fitness level to ensure your best season yet.
Suitable for the whole family, you’ll also have the ability to save four user profiles, allowing each user to set up their workout quickly, monitor their individual progress and save three custom workouts per person.
Finally, the console's efficient energy-saving mode will dramatically reduce your energy consumption when the bike is switched on but not in use.
