In our second Race Against the Taxi challenge, TV presenter Louise Roe picks out the ideal wardrobe for chillier days
The leaves are fluttering from the trees, the wind is taking on a sharper edge and evenings are dark before teatime. It can mean only one thing – it’s time for a wardrobe flip. In the second of our Race Against the Taxi challenges we set TV presenter and fashion writer Louise Roe the task of pulling out two outfits which will work throughout autumn, winter and beyond. ‘I’d like to hope my style is elegant, simple and maybe a little bit French,’ she says. ‘I love trench coats and camel coats – they’re an autumn staple and this French Connection orange-red quilted jacket is incredible!’ We’re not going to argue with that.
