Originally released July 2014, Apple's refurbished 15.4-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display packs advanced technology into a thin and light package. It's powered by a fourth-generation quad-core Intel Core i7 processor and Intel Iris Pro Graphics with 128MB of embedded memory to speed through processor- and graphics-intensive tasks. 

Retina display
With over four million pixels on show, the Retina display on MacBook Pro is positively stunning. Designed to ensure that your eyes won’t be able to discern individual pixels from a normal viewing distance, images take on a new level of realism, while text is sharp and clear. Colours on the Retina display are rich and vibrant, while a high contrast ratio makes blacks appear blacker and whites whiter. It also includes In-Plane Switching technology to enable a clear view from angles as wide as 178-degrees.

Quad-core processors
Intel's i7 processor provides stunning performance that makes quick work of even the most complex tasks, such as editing HD video. With four cores and hyper-threading technology, plus a massive 16GB of RAM and you’ll find performance is smooth even when you’ve got a variety of windows open.

Graphics from Intel and NVIDIA
With combined Intel and NVIDIA graphics technology, the MacBook Pro with Retina will deliver superior speed and responsiveness in games and when editing 3D videos. Intel Core i7 processor features Intel Iris Pro graphics with 128MB of embedded memory to accelerates processor- and graphics-intensive tasks by acting as an ultra-fast cache. Automatic graphic switching will seamlessly turn on the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M graphics card with 2GB of ultra fast GDDR5 memory when you need it.

MacBook Pro with Retina display somehow manages to squeeze more power into a smaller space than ever, making it thin and light enough to take with you. Every millimetre has been carefully considered to maximise performance and minimise size, while bulky legacy components have been removed in favour of newer, higher performance technologies. This is an Apple Certified Refurbished Product, which means it’s a pre-owned Apple product that has undergone Apple’s stringent refurbishment process prior to being offered for sale. Please be assured that these refurbishment procedures follow the same basic technical guidelines as Apple’s Finished Goods testing procedures.
