The BeSafe Stretch rear-facing car seat has a super expandable design that grows with your child from 61 to 125cm tall and 36 kg of weight, that's from 6 months to 7 years old. Its market-leading leg space stretches up to 26cm and allows for a 5x safer ride in the rearward-facing position.

Its rigid shell based on a unique external frame effectively absorbs frontal impact forces, while Dynamic Force Absorber™ in the headrest area and the SIP+ add-on ensure excellent security from the sides.
The BeSafe Stretch has been ADAC tested, with a result of “Very Good” and a score of 1.2 of the safety aspect. This means the Stretch is both the safest seat ever until 7 years old and the safest belt-installed toddler seat ever in ADAC/Stiftung Warentest testing.

Individualized comfort
In addition to the first-rate safety features, the BeSafe Stretch also offers excellent comfort for your growing passenger. It features ample seating area with 5 recline positions, 10-step adjustable headrest and lots of space for legs. Its Two-Fit Cushions™ can be individually adjusted to your child. The seat has a soft padded 5-point safety harness with Magnetic Belt Assistants™ that make getting in and out of the seat easier.

Flexible and easy installation
The Besafe Stretch provides 3-point safety belt installation, which means it can be attached in any car on any seat, no matter if it is at the front, middle or back. The Stretch comes with retracting lower tethers and an easy lock-off and tensioning mechanism, that will ensure that the seat is fitted correctly in your vehicle. The strong support leg keeps the seat in a stable position in case of impact.

All the car seats in our range are designed to give your child the best possible protection and meet the criteria set out in the R129 (iSize) safety regulation. A baby must travel in the safer rear-facing position up to the minimum recommended age of 15 months. Some R129 car seats can be used rear-facing until a child is 105cm tall, which is around 4 years old.

Side impact testing is assessed as part of the regulation to improve the protection of the child’s head and neck. R129 also makes use of the most high-tech crash test dummies which not only has improved sensor technology to test for greater sensitivity, but it also features more sensors on fragile areas of the body. iSize is an enhancement of R129 that makes it easier to confirm your car seat's compatibility with any iSize approved vehicle - reducing the risk of installing your car seat incorrectly. While all i-Size car seats meet the R129 testing standards, not every R129 car seat is an iSize compatible seat.

R129 (iSize) car seats are classified by height only. The below table is a rough guide as to how the car seats can relate to a child’s age based on the average child's height. In some instances, we may still need to check the weight of the child within the height band due to the maximum mass load permitted on a vehicle’s ISOFIX points.
