What is an induction hob?

Touch controls
There are no buttons or dials on this hob. Instead, with a tap of a finger, you can turn on your chosen cooking zone, select your ideal temperature and even lock the hob to prevent any accidental changes.

FlexInduction
FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of soup for one or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.

PerfectFry Plus
The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high, and even the best steak will cook too quickly and scorch. The PerfectFry Plus sensor displays and continuously monitors your pan's temperature to prevent scorching. Select from 11 predefined temperatures to suit your dish, ranging from 70 to 220°C, for perfect results every time.

Easy Flex Zones
It's simple to adjust cooking zones, even when moving your cookware. Your hob detects the position and size of the pot or pan and automatically resizes the cookzone accordingly. If you move your cookware to another position on your hob, the cookzone settings are automatically transferred to the new position with just a quick confirmation.

Easy installation
Fitted with a conventional plug, simply connect this hob to any standard socket, and it’s ready to use – no wiring required. If you choose to plug it in at the wall, it'll limit heat levels across your hob to a total of 12, so if you need a bit more oomph, we'd recommend hard-wiring it in.
