Since 2002, Chococo have been crafting fresh chocolates by hand on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast using only the finest origin chocolate and local ingredients, including fresh Dorset cream. And no additives or preservatives have been used in the making. They believe that fresh chocolate tastes better, with customers and food experts agreeing. As a result, they have won 54 fine food awards (and counting) for their creations.
Better still, Chococo are ethical chocolate makers because not only do they care about the taste of their finishes products, they care about the bigger picture which surrounds them. This includes the provenance of the ingredients, whether local or global, and about the people who produce them.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
