High-temperature cooking outdoors with smoky flavour. This versatile plancha from Cozze cooks things that you can't usually cook on a barbecue such as items in a sauce. And it's ready to use quickly.
Easy to use, it has two reversible cast iron grates and two u-shape gas burners for maximum heat. The thermometer on the lid helps you control the temperature, along with the LED light buttons. The lights turn white when the grill is heating and when the grill gets hot the colour changes to red. The lid is adjustable and possible to open at different degrees.
The plancha surface makes it much easier to cook delicate or small foods as well as searing meat and stir-frying. Food cooks in its juices, keeping it succulent. It's also easy to wipe clean.
