Good to know: Franke Waste Disposal units are suitable for installation on granite kitchen sinks, stainless steel kitchen sinks and ceramic kitchen sinks from any manufacturer. Care should be taken when looking to install a Franke Waste Disposal unit into a ceramic kitchen sink as you will most likely require the Franke extended flange due to the additional thickness of the sink. However, if your ceramic sink has a 1.5-inch waste or has a weir overflow design, then you cannot install a waste disposal unit at all.
