TruSleep technology in real time
Using improved TruSleep technology, the Honor Band 5 measure sleep quality in real time to help you identify your sleep habits and provide a personalised assessment, as well as suggestions for a better night's sleep. It's capable of identifying and delivering advice on many sleeping issues, such as insomnia, light and deep sleep, excessive dreaming and irregular sleeping habits. The Honor Band 5’s TruSleep technology has been certified by the Centre for Dynamical Biomarkers (DBIOM) at Harvard Medical School.

Mountain climbing
If you're planning to take your workout to higher altitudes, then you'll be happy to know that the Honor Band 5's SPo2 monitor tracks the oxygen saturation levels in your blood stream to help assess how your body is adapting.

Heart Rate (HR) monitoring
Using infrared technology and AI-driven algorithms to detect your heart rate day and night, the Band 5 can provide 24 hours of heart-rate monitoring in real time, along with high heart-rate alerts.

Safe in the water
The Honor Band 5 is waterproof up to 50m. Additionally, the smart band can automatically detect swim strokes and record your swimming speed, distance and calories.
