These reusable face coverings are 3-ply and made from cotton with a lining of polypropylene. They're intended for use whilst in enclosed public places such as using public transport or visiting shops and are suitable for children aged 7 to 14 years.
We've designed the loops to be attached away from the face covering's corners. By doing so, it creates a good seal at the side of the face, takes the pressure off of the nose bridge, under the chin and makes the covering more comfortable to wear for extended periods.

This is an Adult facial covering and DOES NOT protect you from any virus or airborne disease. This facial covering is designed to reduce the transmission of vapour droplets, it is NOT a PPE or Medical mask. Face coverings are not a replacement for social distancing and regular hand washing.
If the face-covering becomes worn or damaged, stop using it immediately. Do not use when participating in vigorous physical activities.
Do not use this face-covering on young children under age 3; any person who has trouble breathing; and any person who is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
