John Lewis 60 Night Comfort Trial
Our 60-night trial applied to all John Lewis mattresses, excluding John Lewis ANYDAY, John Lewis Open Spring and divan bases. This means that if you want to exchange your mattress within 60 nights from delivery you can choose a different model. For hygiene reasons, you need to have purchased a mattress protector in the same transaction. The trial is also not valid on ex shop floor display models and reduce to clear models.

Our innovative Climate Collection hybrid mattresses are designed to keep you cool throughout the night. They are made with a cushioning visco-elastic foam layer that’s infused with Phase Change Crystals, which help to regulate temperature, as well as Graphene which accelerates the movement of heat to-and-from the mattress surface. There’s also a layer of pressure-relieving pocket springs for support and added comfort. This mattress has a soft-to-medium tension rating, so it offers a more gentle level of support, however you sleep.
- Responsive visco-elastic foam conforms to the shape of your body and relieves pressure as you sink into the mattress
- It’s infused with Phase Change Crystals combined with ultra heat-conducting Graphene that helps to regulate the mattress surface temperature
- This next-generation foam also includes Bio Gel beads made from 25% plant extract, that act as a heat store
- As a hybrid mattress, the foam-encapsulated pocket springs distribute your weight evenly for direct and precise support, while maintaining the structure of the mattress to each edge
- Made with a soft cover that’s chemical-free and naturally fire retardant
Make the most of your new mattress
- Before use, let your mattress air for a few hours in a well-ventilated room
- Rotate it monthly. There’s no need to turn it
- It’s suitable for all types of divan bases and bed frames, although platform top bases and solid slats will give a firmer feel. If you have a slatted base, ensure the gaps are no more than 7.5cm apart
