Our 60-night trial applied to all John Lewis mattresses, excluding John Lewis ANYDAY, John Lewis Open Spring and divan bases. This means that if you want to exchange your mattress within 60 nights from delivery you can choose a different model. For hygiene reasons, you need to have purchased a mattress protector in the same transaction. The trial is also not valid on ex shop floor display models and reduce to clear models.

Our Cool Collection of mattresses are designed to help hot sleepers enjoy a cool and breathable night’s sleep. They have a graphite-infused latex layer that wicks heat away from the sleeping surface, and a supportive pocket spring system. - Leave your new mattress to air in a well-ventilated room for a few hours to diffuse any scents from its fillings
- Use a breathable mattress protector and air your mattress regularly
- This mattress complements a sprung bed base to enhance its luxury feel, but if you have a slatted base, ensure the gaps are no more than 7.5cm apart
- Follow the care instructions supplied. Rotate regularly
