Suzanne Nicoll is an award-winning product designer and artist celebrating 22 years in the home furnishings industry. Trained as a textile designer, her love of colour, pattern and nature is never far from her painting and design work. Using rich color and a painterly style, her work is imaginative and expressive with a twist of modern whimsy. "I grew up on a sailboat. My mother was an artist and my father an avid sailor. I got to see a lot of the world that way. My mother and I painted everywhere we went. I never thought about being anything but an artist."
Suzanne lives with her husband, two sons and a Basset hound in a quirky old house in Connecticut. She is grateful for her unique and artistic family, her garden and the many kind and talented people she has worked with and learned from over the years.
