Instead of using thread, we've used ultrasonic technology to seal the seams of this duvet. This creates a consistent seam with a strong and high quality finish and ensures no loose threads, fraying or bulky joins. It also means that production is faster and more environmentally friendly as we can produce the duvets back-to-back, which reduces the amount of energy required and saves waste from excess thread.
