How to have your ring resized

| 2. | If this is not received within three days, we will dispatch the ring with the size quoted on the website. Please note that the ring cannot be resized once it's dispatched. Once the ring is resized it cannot be returned. |

Should you wish to make a return, items over £500 must be taken to a branch to be sent to one of our suppliers for verification before we can provide a refund.

- Do not spray perfume, hairspray or any other solvent on your jewellery. Take care not to wear rings when doing manual or housework. To clean stone set jewellery, gently wash using mild soapy water and a soft brush. Take care not to dislodge stones. Should your jeweller become tarnished, clean using a proprietary jewellery cleaning cloth or solution.
