Care instructions:
- Clean the surfaces of the parts by physically removing contamination
- Separate and wash all parts that are exposed to breast milk immediately after use to remove breast milk residue and prevent any growth of bacteria
- Only use drinking-quality tap or bottled water for cleaning
- When cleaning the valves do not use small objects such as brushes
- Be careful not to puncture
- It's not recommended to wash the parts in the dishwasher
- Do NOT wash the motor unit. Use a damp (not wet) cloth to wipe down the pump body if necessary
- Sterilise — To kill living organisms, such as bacteria or viruses, that may be present on the surfaces of the parts
- To sterilise, we recommend boiling your pump parts (except for the motor unit) before the first use and after every use
- Other sanitising methods work too, such as cold-water tablets, steam sterilisers and UV sterilisers
- Avoid the microwave as prolonged exposure to humid heat may cause damage
- While the breast pump parts are not suitable for dishwashers, the brand's NaturalFlow Baby Bottles can be cleaned in a dishwasher up to 65°C
- Each Milk Storage Bag is a single-use product. It is not intended to be reused or reprocessed

How to return your item
Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
