The Miele W5740 is an advanced washing machine with 11 washing programmes including 2 bespoke options for shirts and dark garments/denim. The machine's drum has a honeycomb-patterned surface which creates a film of water which cushions garments from the drum, reducing wear and tear.

A traditional dial control and backlit LCD electronic display make programme selection child’s play, with LED lights illuminating the stage of the wash. And thanks to a quality motor and build, this machine is also extremely quiet, even at high spin speeds.

Other handy features of the W5740 includes automatic load sensing which measures the volume and absorbency of the laundry. It works out exactly how much water and time each load needs to save you time and money. At the end of a wash programme, the drum continues to turn intermittently to prevent creasing.
