Simply flip the Touchpoints in NEFF red and adapt the baskets accordingly. You would like to add a few items to the bottom basket? The 3-stage Rack Matic top basket can be lifted any time - even if it's already fully loaded. Soft silicone sliding protectors in the top basket take great care of your glasses, and a higher frame in the bottom basket gives solid support to tall items like chopping boards.

Remote diagnosis for fast and flexible solutions

Some issues can be solved at the push of a button - which is why NEFF introduced dishwashers with Remote Diagnostics. Via remote diagnosis, NEFF customer service, with your permission, remotely accesses your appliance to identify the issue. If it can be solved at the push of a button, consider it done.
