Directions: First up, pick your chosen scented candle based on your mood or moment. TOP TIP: Happiness is great for mornings, afternoons or times when you need a little mood boost. Real Luxury is best for de-stressing whenever you need it and we of course love Perfect Night’s Sleep as a wind down treat in the evenings. You can light just one, or layer two scents for a more intense experience. Light the candle... not forgetting to trim the wicks before each use to no shorter than 1cm. Burn for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four. Enjoy the fragrance that fills your space.
TOP TIP: practice mindful breathing to really reap the rewards of the essential oils. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds.
