Brand information
Lucy Aylen started Never Fully Dressed in 2009 at Portobello and Spitalfields markets, “my grandparents were seamstresses in the East End and my parents were market traders, so I was bought up on the shop floor”. Still owned and ran by Lucy, Never Fully Dressed has maintained its roots with a monthly Spitalfields stall to promote a Pre-Loved initiative, encouraging circular fashion with an aim to decrease textile waste. Developing unique prints in quality fabrics in-house, to inspire feel good dressing, they have a vision of designing clothes with a multi-way function, creating styles that are investment pieces.
