In a forgotten corner of Northern Italy, where the Venetian coastal plain rises to form the first foothill of the Alps, lies the Valle delle Volpi or Valley of the Foxes, where sumptuously pale grapes produce exceptionally delicate sparkling wines and, according to legend, where foxes gather to play in the pale moonlight among the vines.
Pale Fox Rosé is a single-estate DOC prosecco, containing a sumptuous blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes that work harmoniously together. It's fermented over an extra-long period of time, ensuring a greater complexity and fine, persistent bubbles.
This wine is vegan, low sulphite, low sugar and produced using 100% renewable energy sources.
Tasting notes:
Strawberry, pomegranate and floral notes. Long and dry finish with persistent mousse. Appearance: pale salmon-pink, fine perlage. Nose: white flowers, strawberries and red currants. Taste: strawberry, pomegranate and floral notes, long and dry finish with a persistent mousse.
