On your colourful adventures you'll come across numerous enemies, such as Dragaux, an evil body-building dragon. Don’t worry though, you can defeat all the villains by using the new Ring-Con controller and performing the exercise chosen on screen.
Ring Fit Adventure includes the game, a Ring-Con controller and a Leg Strap – just add a Switch into the mix, attach your Joy-Cons to the Ring-Con controller and Leg Strap and you’re all set to play and keep fit.
No matter if you’re taking on Dragaux in Adventure mode, getting a short workout in Quickplay or playing Ring Fit Adventures' lively minigames, you'll always be having fun, and importantly, exercising.
Ring Fit Adventure is leaving no one behind, so don’t worry – you’ll be able to join in. The game helpfully allows you to adjust the overall intensity of your workout, ensuring it’s suitable for your current fitness level. There’s even a more traditional workout with Sets mode, which allows you perform individual exercises - just like you might in a traditional gym.
