A premium, well-engineered cast iron double handle frying pan from Samuel Groves, designed with a flat bottom and sloped sides to allow for oil, sauce and other liquids to cook evenly. The ergonomic stainless steel handles are riveted for strength and stay cool when cooking on the hob, although can get warmer closer to the rivets. The pan can be used on all hobs, including induction, and is oven-safe up to 300°C.
Every pan is made in the UK, in the heart of the industrial midlands. The cookware comes pre-seasoned, which means it is ready for use without additional seasoning. With frequent use and time, the pan will develop a patina, an easy-release surface, making it virtually non-stick.

Metal handles
Metal pan handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.

Register your new pan within 30 days to qualify for the Samuel Groves 'Pan for Life' refurbishment service. Samuel Groves will re-coat all non-stick pans and replace worn rivets, then re-polish back to new. The refurbishment cost is likely to be about a third of the cost of a new pan.
