This vintage-style Cook's Dry Measure from Tala is an invaluable kitchen tool. Simply pour ingredients up to the desired level for speed and accuracy without using weighing scales.
Calibrated in both metric and imperial measurements, it's easy to follow new recipes and favourite old cookery books as well as recipes passed down from family. It measures in ounces, grams, American and English cups and pints. The measure is also calibrated for fluid measurements and can be used to measure liquids for immediate use, but it is not watertight.
This Cook's Measure is handmade in England using the same production methods since it first came into use in the 1920s.

For well over a century Tala has been making much-loved items for the kitchen and the company is enjoying a resurgence along with the home baking boom. Tala, an amalgam of the founders’ names, Taylor Law & Sons, is known for iconic products such as the Icing Syringe and the Cook's Measure, which are made in the same way now as they have been for generations. Illustrating timeless design, a nozzle made in the 1920s for the syringe will fit one made today. The range is expanding rapidly to cater for today's demanding home baker and cook, but the quality of manufacture remains as high as ever.
