PowerDot relieves pain, speeds up muscle recovery and improves your performance at the gym. Using electricity to stimulate muscles, it offers customised treatment that can be tailored to your needs.
It's super simple to use. Just connect to the PowerDot app where there's a variety of pre-set programmes waiting for you, and start your session. If you want something a bit more individual, there's also the option to create your own session too.
You're not limited by location either. The lightweight and compact design mean you can take this on the go, with up to 20 hours of battery life allowing you to use the device where and when you want.
Behind the technology
PowerDot works by using a combination of TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation). TENS stimulates nerves to temporarily relieve pain and help release endorphins - your body's natural painkillers - with NMES contracting muscles and increasing blood circulation, further reducing soreness.
