All of the Tiffany Rose designs are cut specifically for maternity, with an understanding that it can be hard to choose your size when your shape is continually changing. The general rule is to choose your pre-pregnancy size.

Since it is likely your bust size is growing, you should also refer to the bra sizing guideline.
