How to use
- 1. Start with clean and moisturized skin or use while face wash/cleanser is still on the skin
- 2. After removing the cap from the tool, hold the razor at an angle and apply short, feathery strokes downward and with light pressure anywhere you need to remove excess hair
- 3. Once finished, rinse your face and apply moisturiser or serum to avoid drying
- 4. Rinse razor with warm water or an alcohol wipe to clean. Once dry, replace cap and store

Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
