ZWILLING's Pro range of cookware is robust and made of high-quality 18/10-grade stainless steel which is hygienic and scratch-resistant. Easy to clean, it comes out the dishwasher looking as good as new, ready to display in the kitchen.
The Pro frying pan is made with SIGMA Clad 3-ply and a strong aluminium core for fast and even heat distribution right to the edge of the pan. The stainless steel handle remains cool for a long time for safe handling of the pan. The wide pouring rim is ideal for pouring sauces or juices without causing any drips.
The pan is oven safe to 300°C and suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction.

Metal handles
Metal pan handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.
