ZWILLING's Pro range of cookware is robust and made of high-quality 18/10-grade stainless steel which is hygienic and scratch-resistant. Easy to clean, it comes out the dishwasher looking as good as new, ready to display in the kitchen.
The Pro serving and warming oven-to-table pan has a SIGMA Classic+ sandwich base with an extra-strong aluminium core for fast and even heat distribution. The glass lid is tight-fitting for faster, energy-saving cooking.
The high sides allows sauces to be cooked directly in the pan while the wide pouring rim is ideal for pouring sauces or juices without causing any drips. It's oven safe to 200°C and suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction.
