Landscape front camera
Now located on the long side of iPad Air, the 12MP Ultra Wide front-facing camera creates a perfect video calling experience - especially when iPad Air is attached to a Magic Keyboard (sold separately). And with Centre Stage, machine learning enables the camera to automatically adjust to keep you centred in the shot. The 12MP Wide back camera captures vivid photos and amazing 4K videos, plus you can use it to scan documents and then fill them in with Apple Pencil (sold separately).

iPadOS and apps

Wireless communication

[1] Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK or US), as an iOS 18 update. Additional features and languages will be available in April, with more languages coming over the course of the year. Languages supported in 2025 include Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and Vietnamese.
