Cosy Christmas co-ords with Charlie Gowans-Eglinton

Spending Christmas morning unwrapping presents in my pyjamas is a joy. In theory. But in practice, I feel like I’ve just rolled out of bed (because I have) and I’m always a bit chilly. My plan this year is to wear these sparkly Lurex co-ords – swapping the top for a smarter blouse when it’s time for lunch. 

But these co-ords aren’t just for Christmas. With so much time spent working from home (then curling up on the sofa), the loungewear boom has changed all of our wardrobes. Rather than washed-to-death tracksuit bottoms that started out grey but now just look grubby, I want clothes that I can Zoom in, answer the door in, run errands in, pop out to meet a friend in. The fact that they’re sparkly will cheer me up every time that I wear them – oh, and did I mention the elasticated waistband?
