Brand information
Jenny Brown Limited was established in 1998 by Jenny and Poldi Gliksman. On returning to the UK having spent many years living in Africa and with a vision to fill a gap in the market for affordable high quality sterling silver jewellery, the concept of JOOLS was formed.
In the years that followed, a collection of the highest quality has been carefully curated. To achieve this their Sterling Silver pieces are Rhodium plated, giving it a beautiful finish, which will undoubtedly stand the test of time. The Cubic Zirconia used are the finest Brilliant Cut, ‘AAA’ Grade. Where Rose and Yellow Gold items have been introduced more recently, customers can rest assured that they use a high micron, 18 Carat Gold plating - ensuring the continued Excellence of their products through an eclectic range of designs and colours. Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
