This Artisan bowl-lift stand mixer is powerful, durable, and quiet – and has the unmistakable KitchenAid looks too. Up your culinary calibre as you fold, whip, beat, shred, knead and mash your way to all sorts of exciting new creations.
It comes with 11 distinct speeds (from low speed folding to high speed whipping) including a new fold speed, half the speed of stir to gently fold delivate ingredients, fold in egg whites or cream, keep air in batter and help prevent overmixing.
As well as the original planetary action for fast and thorough mixing, it also comes equipped with a 'soft start' function, gently accelerating to the chosen speed eliminating any mess in the process.
