From the first application, Phyto-Rouge Velvet offers a surprisingly comfortable and creamy texture that glides effortlessly over the lips.
Its thin matte finish blurs fine lines and conceals imperfections for flawlessly smooth and reshaped lips that look as if they’ve been gently coloured while remaining soft and plump.
Ranging from nude to bright red, all the shades are highly pigmented and can be worn in total confidence thanks to their long-lasting, even coverage that doesn’t compromise on comfort.
Lips don’t have the same protective hydrolipidic film as the rest of the skin. Sisley’s new innovative formula of Phyto-Rouge Velvet creates a physical barrier on the lips with its texture becoming a protective cocoon that immediately helps support diminished water loss from the lips. How to use:
For intense, well-defined lips:
Use Sisley’s Phyto-Levres Perfect pencil in the same colour as your lipstick, or go one shade darker for a more intense result.
- Define your Cupid’s bow by drawing a cross, then run the pencil along the corners of your lips to join up with the Cupid’s bow
- Use a brush to blend the product in towards the centre of the lips
- Then apply the lipstick directly to the lips with the bullet
For subtle colour, a bitten-lip effect or naturally defined lips:
- Gently tap the centre of your lips with the bullet to apply a light wash of colour, then purse your lips
